United States Digital Space LLC in Reinbek sucht eine/n Senior Project Manager, der eigenverantwortlich komplexe, bereichsübergreifende Projekte von Initiierung bis Abschluss steuert. Sie arbeiten eng mit Senior Stakeholdern zusammen und bringen Projekte wieder auf Kurs.

Diese Delivery-Rolle prägt, wie PMs arbeiten, unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen, baut eine PM-Community auf und übernimmt wachsende Verantwortlichkeiten in einem international orientierten Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-/gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit leitenden Stakeholdern über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg
• Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau

Responsibilities

Role descriptionAs Senior Project Manager, you will join our central Project Management team in Reinbek, which leads the company's large and complex cross-functional projects and sets the standards for how projects are run across all of the company's global locations. Join us during a pivotal growth phase and help create the foundations of a team that will drive meaningful transformation across the organisation.

You will independently lead complex projects with senior stakeholders across departments, and you will be the person we turn to when a project has drifted off course and needs to be brought back on track.

This is a delivery role first, and it is also a chance to shape how project management works in a growing, international company: you will contribute to our standards and methods, support colleagues who run their own projects and help build a project management community across our sites. As the team grows, so does the scope of what you can take on.

Your Mission

• Project Leadership – Lead large, cross-functional projects independently from initiation to closure, including planning, governance, steering committees and stakeholder management.
• Problem Solving - Facilitate and actively participate in problem-solving sessions to drive project success
• Project Recovery – Take over projects that have drifted off course or lost their lead, diagnose what went wrong and re-establish structure as interim or permanent lead.
• Stakeholder Management – Navigate demanding situations with senior leadership and across departments and prepare well-founded decisions for steering committees.
• Quality and Coaching – Support department-led projects as quality assurance and sparring partner and coach project managers on their deliverables.
• Standards and Methods – Contribute to our project management standards, templates and training formats, and turn project experience into reusable methods.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects with full ownership from initiation to closure.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating conflicting interests across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience taking over or stabilising projects already in progress.
• Ability to work independently, propose solutions and make decisions within your remit.
• Business-level communication skills in German and English (C1).
• Experience in applying common project management tools, e.g. for task and milestone tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP or comparable large-scale system implementation.
• IPMA Level C or equivalent. A higher level is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated production environment.
• Experience developing project management standards, templates or training formats.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in an international, multi-site organisation.
