Duly Health and Care is seeking an Executive Director to lead IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations for the largest multi-specialty provider system in the United States. You will modernize infrastructure and cloud footprint, strengthen the security posture with the CISO, and build a high-performing team.

This role requires 15+ years of IT leadership and 10+ years in cloud-based environments, with a track record of enterprise-scale modernization and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT leadership in enterprise infrastructure.
• 10+ years in cloud-based enterprise environments.
• Proven modernization and transformation governance.
• Experience with healthcare and financial regulatory contexts (HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2).
• Strong executive communication and vendor management skills.
• Experience collaborating with CISO on security and Zero Trust initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud operations across data center, network, endpoint, and virtual desktops.
• Partner with the CISO to strengthen cyber-risk posture and Zero Trust.
• Direct internal teams and vendors to deliver secure, highly available services.
• Define strategic roadmap for hybrid/multi-cloud architecture and modernization.
• Own KPIs and drive reliability, cost efficiency, and user experience.
• Advance ITSM practices and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
• Build and retain a high-performing infrastructure and cloud team.
• Lead cross-functional transformation with minimal disruption to operations.
