Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to maintain, optimize, and secure our IT environment. You will manage servers, networks, storage, and virtualization, monitor performance, and implement security measures in collaboration with the security team.

The role requires 4+ years in infrastructure, a relevant degree, and hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, Hyper-V, and Azure in hybrid setups. Excellent problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as an Infrastructure Administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency configuring and managing Windows and Linux servers, networking gear, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, virtualization).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to ensure availability of critical systems.
• Collaborate on security enhancements, including firewalls, IDS, and access controls.
• Establish and maintain data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Analyze capacity and performance trends to plan upgrades or expansions.
• Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation.
• Collaborate with IT support, development, and operations teams.
