REHAB Hospital of the Pacific in Honolulu, HI is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide hands-on support for core IT infrastructure and related systems. The role acts as an escalation point from Help Desk, assists with monitoring, incident response, maintenance, and documentation, ensuring reliable operations for patients and staff.

You will support servers, enterprise applications, identity and access management, and assist with Help Desk duties as needed, collaborating with IT

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field; relevant experience acceptable.
Minimum 3 years of IT support, systems support or infrastructure experience.
Experience in a ticket-based IT support environment.
Ability to troubleshoot across end-user and infrastructure systems.
Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain technical documentation.
Strong communication and ability to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Maintain on-premises infrastructure, including virtualized servers and related platforms.
Monitor system health and respond to alerts for servers, apps and infrastructure.
Assist with routine maintenance, patches and upgrades following procedures.
Support backup and recovery processes and test restores.
Contribute to infrastructure projects and technology refresh efforts.
Support business continuity and disaster recovery through documentation and testing.
Provide escalation support for help desk tickets related to infrastructure.
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding in coordination with HR.
Collaborate with IT staff, vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
