Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking an IT professional to provide Tier 2 application support for inpatient electronic medical records. Under the general direction of the Manager of Information Systems, you will liaise between clinical users, vendors, and the IS department to translate requirements into functional specifications.

Based at Harbor Court in Honolulu, this full-time position offers a stable schedule and a comprehensive rewards package. EO/AA/Disabled/Vets

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Health Care or related field.
• One year of clinical workflow experience or one year supporting an Electronic Medical Record system with clinical users.
• Experience with computers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 support of applications and act as liaison between clinical community, vendors and IS department.
• Translate high-level requirements into functional specifications for the IS Department and manage changes.
• Use multiple platforms to deliver automated systems applications to customers and maintain programs.
