Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Mason, OH seeks an Implementation Analyst for a 6-month contract. You will support planning, coordination, execution, and post-go-live activities across hardware, software, and business-process changes, collaborating with IT partners, vendors, and field technicians.

Responsibilities include project tracking, data validation, testing support, documentation, training, and hyper care activities. Strong networking and iOS device management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting IT implementations, deployments, or infra rollouts.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise networks: Cisco/Meraki devices.
• Experience with iOS devices, MDM (Intune, JAMF, WS1) deployment.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi and firewall know-how.
• Coordinate with vendors, field techs, and stakeholders during installs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, execution of tech implementations.
• Support post-go-live activities and hyper care efforts.
• Track projects, manage issues, validate data, and test features.
• Document processes and provide training support to users.
• Liaise between IT teams and business partners to keep milestones on schedule.
