Job summary

FII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is looking for a Helpdesk Technician in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will provide technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and solve end-user issues within a dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in IT or at least 2 years of similar experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401K with employer contribution.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field OR 2+ years of helpdesk support experience required.
• Experience with Active Directory, MDM systems, and networking protocols preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds and stand/sit for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user technical issues and support requests.
• Install and configure approved software applications.
• Manage and support MDM systems and Active Directory.
• Image and deploy laptops and desktops.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support conference room equipment and printers.
• Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Provide scheduled rotating shift coverage.
