Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience in a professional environment.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory for user and computer management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems; escalate when needed.
• Assist with OS (Windows/macOS) and Office applications; support deployments.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory; assist with password resets.
