Job summary

Radiology Associates of North Texas, P.A. is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for administrative and physician users.

You will manage tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software, and help maintain stable computer systems and workstations. Responsibilities include deploying software, configuring Active Directory accounts, applying patches, and delivering timely end-user support.

Qualifications

• Associates degree orBachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent IT work experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
• ITIL foundation or other IT vendor certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork; ability to multitask and prioritize in a help desk setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support via the IT Service Management System and log all calls and resolutions.
• Serve as the initial contact for hardware and software issues.
• Provide direct support, repairs and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals; install software releases and patches.
• Manage and deploy baseline images for end users.
• Maintain up-to-date virus protection on desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and monitor network services.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory user and computer accounts and password administration.
• Maintain end-user training documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Provide downtime communications.
