The position requires an Associate of Science in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience) and about two years of WAN/LAN experience, with daytime shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; comparable experience may be considered.
• Two years’ experience with WANs and LANs preferred.
• Experience supporting IT helpdesk operations and network services.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT team in ensuring helpdesk operations and data, voice, image, and video network systems are installed, supported, and maintained at required service levels.
• Provide telecommunications and WAN/LAN guidance in implementation, ongoing support, and staff training.
