Precision Castparts Corp. is launching an Information Technology Development Program in Lake Oswego and other US locations. The program targets seniors graduating in Spring 2027 or recent graduates, with a July 12, 2027 start date.

Participants will relocate as needed to diverse PCC facilities. The two-year rotation covers foundational areas like Help Desk, Network Technician, SOX Preparation, Project Management, and domains including Development, Infrastructure, Industrial IoT, and Cyber

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security or database administration.
• Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be a US Person.
• Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational IT development program across foundational and key domains.
• Expose to Development, Infrastructure, Industrial IoT and Cyber Security.
• Year One provides broad exposure; Year Two offers focused rotation in a chosen domain.
