Syndicate is seeking an IT Helpdesk / Junior Systems Administrator to provide professional technical support for employees and develop skills toward junior-level systems administration responsibilities. This role covers hardware, software, account access, Microsoft 365, approved AI tools, phone system administration, endpoint security, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree or two years IT helpdesk/systems support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and security tooling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to document issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and escalated technical support for employees, including hardware, software, and account access issues.
• Assist with basic network connectivity, VPN, and zero-trust access troubleshooting.
• Support RingCentral phone system tasks such as user provisioning and extension changes.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Assist with onboarding and basic AD/Exchange/Microsoft Entra ID tasks under supervision.
