Job summary

Solution Builders, Inc. seeks a Support Specialist II in Bloomington, MN to manage first- and second-level IT requests across workstations, servers, printers, networks, and cloud services.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality resolutions and uphold client satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years in desktop support or helpdesk, 2+ years in Windows Server or networking, and solid MS 365 Admin experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk/ServiceDesk experience.
• At least 2 years of Windows server or networking experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• BS/BA in CS or related field preferred; A+ certification helpful.

Responsibilities

• Resolve first and second-level service requests for client technology at sites.
• Research and escalate issues to proper resources to satisfy clients.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system as they occur.
• Communicate with clients professionally, noting incident progress and outages.
• Maintain current technical expertise and support client solutions per standards.
