Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in IT Support.
• Technical Skills: Windows and/or macOS; basic networking and Wi-Fi.
• Experience using ticketing systems and working within SLAs.
• Customer service and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support across AV conference room systems, network infrastructure, and service desk operations.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues; log, track, and escalate tickets.
• Set up and support AV equipment for meetings and maintain AV inventory.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic wired/wireless connectivity; assist Network Ops with local checks.
