Job summary

Access: Supports for Living is seeking an IT Helpdesk Assistant in Middletown, NY. You will handle help desk tickets, provide technical support, and document issues for resolution from a central ticketing system.

The role requires 1–2 years of computer hardware/software support experience, strong customer service, and the ability to travel to multiple agency sites. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for help desk calls and create corresponding tickets in the help desk ticketing system
• Manage and monitor all incoming tickets, ensuring all necessary information is collected for resolution
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assistance via phone or remote support tools
• Travel to different agency sites as needed; locations include various counties in the region
