Job summary

Valley Youth House seeks a HelpDesk Technician to provide Level I/II support for staff across the agency, manage networked devices, and conduct staff trainings. The role includes HIPAA policy compliance and workstation deployment for new staff.

Travel to JFK Blvd and Achieving Independence Center offices is required up to 40% of work time, with a focus on secure, reliable technology operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate in Computer Networking or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide level I and II helpdesk support to Valley Youth House staff.
• Assist with the administration of the network and support of networked devices.
• Conduct trainings/orientations for staff in the usage of Valley Youth House technology.
• Maintain and audit compliance with Valley Youth House computer security and HIPAA standards.
• Prep and deploy workstations for new staff and programs in the southeastern (Philadelphia) region.
• The technician will travel to the JFK Blvd and Achieving Independence Center (AIC) offices to deploy/repair equipment up to 40% of work time.
