Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT help desk or related roles.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+ are preferred.
• Experience with ticketing software and RMM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact for end-user IT requests.
• Support desktop, server, and network technologies and onboarding.
• Use ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools to track issues.
