Pennymac is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide primary support to internal and external customers, handling calls, emails, tickets, and web portals.

The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and Active Directory/Google Workspace tasks, onboarding new staff, and contributing to knowledge base. You will join a team that values accountability, reliability, and ethics, with on-call rotation and opportunities to grow within a leading mortgage lender.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Experience with Active Directory and Google Workspace administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common applications and peripherals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line technical support to internal and external users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues with documented steps.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
