Jazz at Lincoln Center seeks an IT Help Desk Technician I to be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance. The role covers hardware, software, accounts, connectivity, printers, mobile devices and AV equipment across the organization.

Responsibilities include documenting issues, researching solutions, escalating when needed, and supporting onboarding and device deployment. Candidates should have relevant IT education and hands‑on support experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar roles.
• Understanding of Windows/macOS, networks, and common business apps.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for technology support requests via help desk, email, phone, or in person.
• Take ownership of requests through resolution, performing troubleshooting and follow-ups.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, printing, account access, and connectivity issues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, workstation deployment, and software installation.
