Job Details

We are looking for a Level 1 IT Help Desk Associate to join our team, as we continue to grow and expand our business. The ideal candidate will have the following:

• at least 1-2 years of IT Help Desk experience
• Experienced working with a Ticketing system (doesn't have to be a specific ticketing system in particular)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS (Windows 10), Microsoft Server OS
• Basic knowledge of IOS Mobile devices
• Ability to work in our Pasadena office
