Job summary

DASCO Home Medical Equipment, Inc. is expanding its IT team to support the Manager of IT. The Help Desk Technician will assist associates with hardware and software issues, perform routine setup and maintenance, and help keep devices and applications running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Some technical PC systems training or related work.
• Three years’ experience in an IT services role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond quickly to IT help desk requests.
• Provide support for IT products and services to associates, partners and vendors.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, patches and troubleshooting.
