Job summary

Sight & Sound in Branson, MO is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide broad IT support and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the System Administrator team to maintain the quality and availability of our services.

Responsibilities include user provisioning, VPN and email support, printer configuration, and Windows file permissions, plus PC moves and up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with OSX and Windows; familiarity with mobile devices.
• Experience with security cameras and access control systems.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of DNS/TCP/IP/DHCP, and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-tier help desk support for internal customers.
• Assist with user creation, email, VPN, printer configuration, and Windows file permissions.
• PC setup/moves and maintain documentation; daily support activities.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and availability of company information.
• Proactively monitor and respond to help desk requests with promptness.
