Job summary

Mavis Tire in White Plains, NY is seeking IT Help Desk Technicians to support our users and network. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install new systems, and provide remote end‑user support with 24/7 monitoring.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows 11 and macOS familiarity, basic Active Directory and MFA experience, and calm, patient communication over the phone. Training and growth opportunities are available within our Operation Support Center.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS, plus mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Solid networking understanding, able to troubleshoot ISP connections and hardware.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and MFA systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to stores and offices, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity inquiries.
• Troubleshoot ISP outages and network configuration issues (SonicWall, PoE switches, WAPs).
• Deploy, configure, and support thin clients, Zebra devices, and security camera systems.
