Job summary

Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) in Dayton, OH, seeks an entry-level IT Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for staff technology issues across 21 locations. You will resolve Tier 1 requests, deploy computers and mobile devices, and support onboarding and offboarding tasks.

You will also assist with classroom technology, maintain the IT asset register, and escalate anything outside Tier 1 scope as needed.
