• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows desktops and laptops; manage user accounts and security groups.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID administration; support Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
