Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year IT/help desk experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Valid Texas drivers license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for staff and resolve a wide range of issues.
• Prioritize incidents and service requests; manage tickets per SLAs.
• Deliver end-user support for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot problems and document resolutions in knowledge base.
• Manage user accounts and access with security & compliance in mind.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
