CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide local and remote technical support for employees and contractors. You’ll troubleshoot Windows PCs, Macs, iPads, and mobile devices, manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID access, and uphold CCC’s customer-value standards.

You will handle Tier 1+ escalations, guide users through problem solving, document actions, and assist with onboarding and device provisioning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in help desk support and live phone troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS, iPadOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience maintaining Entra ID and Active Directory accounts.
• Experience supporting Mac and PC hardware, iPads and peripherals.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Experience working with remote staff.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Tier 1+ help desk escalations via tickets, email, or phone.
• Track, route and escalate issues to correct resources.
• Follow up on requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Document and close tickets using Total Call Ownership.
• Maintain Entra ID accounts and access for new hires and ongoing support.
• Support end-user hardware (Windows, Mac, iPad) and peripherals.
• Assist with onboarding and device provisioning.
• Provide guidance and problem solving to users.
