ATC Transportation LLC is seeking a qualified IT Help Desk professional to provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. You will troubleshoot problems, guide users, and follow standard help desk procedures to resolve issues.

The role involves responding to requests via in person, phone, or electronic channels, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and documenting progress using ticketing software.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, equivalent work experience or highly active computer enthusiast
• Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems

Responsabilités

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Research questions using available information resources
• Advise user on appropriate action
• Follow standard help desk procedures
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to the correct resources
• Track requests, document progress and solutions using ticketing software
• Set-up and install computers
