Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking an ITSC Support Specialist to deliver frontline IT support and customer service to our User Community. You will maintain desktops, resolve issues, and support the IT Service Center with tickets, email, calls, and walkups.

Ideal candidates have a broad technology background, strong Office skills, and a customer-service orientation. Weekend/onsite coverage may be required as part of the SAT-WED schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification or 1+ year related experience.
• Broad tech background including end user computing and Citrix.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service background a plus and WAN/LAN experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user IT service requests via tickets, email, phone, and walkups.
• Open ITSC tickets and provide status updates to users.
• Maintain desktop environment and assist with imaging, config, and testing.
• Provide first-level hardware/software problem diagnosis and resolutions.
• Support printer issues and contribute to improving support services.
