Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a User Support Specialist II to provide information technology services support for the IHS and remote locations.

You will work in a team to deliver first-response assistance for desktop and peripheral user issues and ensure professional, timely service. The role requires strong problem-solving, communications skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of IT help desk environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems and first-call resolution.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into layman terms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for call center support via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist with application usage.
• Log tickets clearly in the work order system and escalate as needed.
• Provide on-site installation and deployment guidance when required.
• Assist with user training and maintain documentation and procedures.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by timely, professional interactions.
