Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a User Support Specialist III to provide information technology services support for the Indian Health Service (IHS) and remote locations.

The role focuses on first response assistance to resolve desktop and peripheral user issues in a collaborative team environment. The position requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and the ability to obtain the necessary government security

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT help desk environment.
• Proficient with ticketing systems and service desk tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for call center support for agency programs and provide problem-solving support via phone and email.
• Resolve less complex issues and elevate more complex ones to senior level support or supervisory personnel.
• Troubleshoot user problems with software, hardware, and printers using established techniques and documentation.
• Coordinate timely response processes including problem recognition, investigation, isolation and follow-up.
• Assist with user training and documentation for supported applications.
