Job summary

Xometry, a NASDAQ-listed digital manufacturing marketplace, seeks an IT Service Desk Analyst in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will provide first- and second-level technical support across Slack, Jira Service Management, and in-person channels, handling account issues, device provisioning, software installs, and VPN connectivity, while documenting solutions for the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with device management and identity/access management.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack).
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via multiple channels (Slack, Jira Service Management, in-person).
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues including password resets, access requests, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Manage lifecycle of IT equipment and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Escalate complex issues to IT teams with proper follow-through.
