Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join a growing IT team. The role covers first-contact and advanced support for staff, with on-site and remote troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iPadOS, and Chrome devices.

You will manage devices via Intune and ABM, support Freshservice ITSM, and help protect patient data in a HIPAA-regulated environment. The position is full-time, on-site at our Indianapolis headquarters with occasional center visits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT support or help desk role with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience managing or supporting devices through a central management tool (Intune and ABM preferred).
• Experience with ITSM platforms; Freshservice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake and triage tickets via phone, email, and self-service portal; log, categorize and prioritize.
• Diagnose and fix hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues on Windows, macOS, iPadOS, and Chromebook.
• Enroll, configure, and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager; manage lifecycle.
• Set up accounts and equipment for new hires; recover and wipe devices for departing employees.
• Maintain the ITSM platform (Freshservice): templates, service catalog, workflows, and reports.
