You will deploy images, manage AD/Entra ID, and coordinate with Security teams to maintain Zero Trust standards.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level administration and support for Windows and macOS, including imaging and deployment.
• Experience with endpoint management and automation platforms (Ivanti, KACE, Intune, JAMF).

Responsibilities

• Image and configure Windows and macOS desktops and mobile devices.
• Register and manage devices in MDM platforms; train users on authentication and remote access.
• Perform system verification, patching, and policy compliance checks.
• Provide Tier I support, document SOPs, and assist in incident resolution.
