Aalo Atomics, based in Austin, TX, invites applications for Fall 2026 Information Technology Intern – Level 1 Help Desk. Supported IT operations provide hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, ticketing, and end‑user support.

Responsibilities include documenting tickets, basic hardware/software support, user assistance, and workstation setup. The role emphasizes customer service, security practices, and collaboration with IT staff in a small, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and Linux OS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to learn technical processes quickly and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

Respond to and document help desk tickets and service requests.
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
Assist with password resets, account access, and user support.
Set up and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT staff.
Maintain accurate inventory and support documentation.
Follow established IT policies, procedures, and security practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
