Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and Linux OS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn technical processes quickly and work under supervision.

About the role

The Information Technology Intern – Level 1 Help Desk provides entry‑level technical support to end users by assisting with basic hardware, software, and account‑related issues. This position supports daily help desk operations while providing hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, customer service, and IT support processes.
