Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Help Desk Intern or Co-op to join its Information Technology team in Parsippany, NJ. You will troubleshoot technical issues and repair and maintain computer hardware.

This role offers exposure to exciting projects and a collaborative team environment for practical experience. Ideal candidates are pursuing IT/CS degrees, can commit to at least 25 hours per week, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Able to work at least 25 hours/week during the fall semester.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Set up and repair PCs and peripherals.
• Perform software installations.
• Minor printer repair and support.
• Occasionally provide telephone, email, and live chat technical support; and
• Perform other duties as requested.
