America's Car-Mart in Rogers, AR is hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist I to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed to develop your IT skills while supporting critical infrastructure used across our dealerships.

As part of Apprenticely's apprenticeship program, you will receive formal training, a mentor, and a pay raise in your first year. A.A. degree or equivalent and 6–12 months related experience are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome!

Responsibilities

• With guidance and support, you’ll:
• Apply your knowledge in three or more of the following areas: PC setup and troubleshooting, Networking, Software deployment, Security systems (alarms and DVRs), Shoretel phone systems, IP phone technology, Virtual Machine (VM) environments.
• Participate in team projects to improve and enhance our systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
