Job summary

IntelliBee Inc. in Dimondale, MI is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide IT support to State of Michigan employees and partners.

You will log, categorize, prioritize incidents, perform initial diagnosis, and determine escalation as needed, while maintaining the Remedy ticketing system. You will install and maintain software and hardware, serve as a troubleshooter for workstations, and respond to technical inquiries by phone and email, aiming to restore operations quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Tier 1 IT Helpdesk experience.
• 2-3+ years of Service Administration experience.
• 2-3+ years of IT troubleshooting experience.
• Associate's degree (IT Related).

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and monitor all requests. Fulfill pre-defined services and log requests.
• Perform initial diagnosis and determine escalation needs, functional or hierarchical.
• Document resolutions in the Remedy system following guidelines.
• Answer technical phone lines and emails; provide technical support.
• Attend meetings and training on policy, procedures, and tools.
• Follow up on hardware maintenance vendor cases.
