Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We have partnered with our client in their search for an IT Hardware Support Technician!

Responsibilities
  • Perform configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware.
  • Provide support and resolution of various computer hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve end-user computer related issues via telephone, email, in person, or remotely.
  • Diagnose and resolve moderately complex IT system hardware, software, network, and user issues.
  • Set up laptops, phones, and printers.
  • Contribute to projects such as software implementation and training.
  • Instruct end users in the appropriate use of equipment and software as needed.
  • Assist with technology planning and implementation of technology projects.
  • Create and update documentation for systems and processes.
Skills Required
  • Strong eagerness to learn, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365 and Active Directory is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude and commitment to resolving issues thoroughly.
  • Experience in high-priority, VIP-heavy support environments; prioritization and patience are essential.
  • Support experience with Windows, MacOS, and mobile printers.
  • Support for conference room technology such as screen sharing, videoconferencing, and telephony is preferred.
  • Experience managing local technology stock and shipping equipment nationally.
  • Experience managing users in phone systems like RingCentral, Talk Desk, Cisco.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Autopilot is preferred.
