SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a IT Hardware Tech for a large, well-known client in Lewisville, TX. As a skilled IT Hardware Tech you will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. Responsibilities include keeping financial records up to date, preparing reports, processing debits and credits, and reconciling bank statements. Our ideal candidate will also be familiar with running accounting software programs (e.g., SAP) to process business transactions. A strong work history with accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts is a must. Successful applicants should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a general aptitude for numbers. Ultimately, we are seeking someone who will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions consistently run accurately and effectively.

Al temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20-$24.00 well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.

IT Hardware & Technical Support

• Provide basic technical support for laptops, desktop computers, monitors, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Troubleshoot common hardware and connectivity issues, including computer startup problems, printer malfunctions, and network connection issues.
• Assist with setting up, configuring, and preparing computers and equipment for new employees.
• Install basic software updates, drivers, and approved applications as needed.
• Identify technical problems and escalation more complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
• Assist with connecting and maintaining peripheral devices, including keyboards, mice, docking stations, webcams, and external storage devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional technology workspace.

Equipment Inventory & Maintenance

• Maintain accurate records of company technology equipment, including computers, printers, cameras, accessories, and other electronic devices.
• Track equipment assignments, check-in/check-out records, and equipment availability.
• Perform routine equipment inspections to identify damage, malfunctions, or replacement needs.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, warranty services, and replacements.
• Assist with preparing, labeling, organizing, and distributing technology equipment.
• Ensure company equipment is properly stored, secured, and maintained.
• Report missing, damaged, or outdated equipment to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking, Wi-Fi connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of cameras, photography, and video recording equipment.
• Familiarity with simple video editing software or applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems and follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work independently.

• Willingness to learn new technology, software, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT support, computer repair, help desk, or technical assistance.
• Experience setting up computers, printers, and office technology.
• Familiarity with video editing applications such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar programs.
• Experience with photography, recording videos, or creating digital content.
• Basic knowledge of equipment inventory systems and asset tracking.
