SURESTAFF is hiring an Assembly Technician for our client’s electronics plant in Irving, TX. The role involves standing long hours and lifting up to 30 lbs, with a focus on detail and minimal supervision. Overtime is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance is offered.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with competitive pay of $18.50 per hour and DOE. Temp-to-hire opportunities and referral bonuses are available.

• Follow customer work orders and assembly instructions accurately.
• Verify system configurations and component compatibility.
• Perform basic functional and quality checks after installations.
• Use hand tools and ESD procedures when handling electronic components.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production and quality standards.
• Assist with other assembly or warehouse tasks as needed.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Assembly Tech for our client’s electronic manufacturing plant in Irving, TX. The Position will entail standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 30lbs throughout shift. Successful applicants will be very detail-oriented and able to work with little supervision. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Job details: 1 Shift – 1st Shift Monday-Friday- 9am-5pm. Pay: $18.50. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Responsibilities of the Assembly Technician:

• Install and upgrade computer components, including SSDs, RAM, and hard drives.
• Follow customer work orders and assembly instructions accurately.
• Verify system configurations and component compatibility.
• Perform basic functional and quality checks after installations.
• Use hand tools and anti-static (ESD) procedures when handling electronic components.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production and quality standards.
• Assist with other assembly or warehouse tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications of the Assembly Technician :

• Previous computer assembly or hardware installation experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer components and hardware.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and following ESD procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
