Job summary

ITR Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Technician on a 1-year contract to support deployment and recovery of hardware. You will stock, pick, configure firmware, track inventory and handle break/fix tasks, with occasional visits to Brooklyn Park.

This onsite role requires lifting 25 lbs, independent work, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities; compensation includes medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

Fulfill deployment/recovery requests for hardware, including stocking, picking, configuring and shipping.
Perform detailed inventory management and break/fix operations.
Allocate time across tasks: 60% hardware fulfillment, 15% inventory tracking, 15% firmware configuration, 10% break/fix.
Work onsite Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 in Minneapolis, with occasional trips to Brooklyn Park.
