Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of overall accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with creating financial statements and GL functions.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document IT business processes to maintain SOX internal controls.
• Support fiscal operations including accruals and GL coding.
• Assist in budgeting, vendor contracts and related vendor management.
• Review vendor statements and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate between Accounts Payable and IT vendor costs.
• Support capital projects financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Monitor budgets and communicate discrepancies to management.
