Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an IT Governance Analyst in Memphis to strengthen IT governance and disaster recovery efforts. You will translate audit findings into remediation plans, track progress, and help develop DR exercises for cloud and on-prem systems.

You will collaborate with software owners and product teams to keep recovery plans current, leverage AI for documentation, and drive continuous process improvement in a collaborative tech environment.

Qualifications

Ability to analyze end-to-end business processes and identify improvements.
Experience planning, developing, and facilitating disaster recovery tabletop exercises.
Proficient in reviewing and improving governance practices.
Strong communication, documentation, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of independent work, handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing demands.
Preferred: 3+ years in business continuity, disaster recovery, or audit functions.

Responsibilities

Execute IT governance and risk management activities with clear stakeholder communication.
Analyze audit findings, develop actionable remediation plans, and coordinate resolution.
Track audit remediation progress and close issues timely.
Collaborate with product teams to maintain disaster recovery plans for SaaS and on-premises solutions.
Plan and facilitate disaster recovery tabletop exercises with realistic scenarios.
Review and improve governance practices and end-to-end processes.
Integrate program improvements into ongoing team operations.
Create AI-ready documentation to support self-service knowledge for stakeholders.
