IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst to support IT risk management, governance, and business continuity for a Memphis-based client.

The role involves working across teams to strengthen disaster recovery, address audit findings, and run tabletop exercises for SaaS and On-Prem environments. Responsibilities include collaborating on governance reviews, implementing remediation plans, and promoting best practices while partnering with product and engineering teams to

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a business continuity/disaster recovery or audit role.
• Broad understanding of COBIT processes and controls.
• Experience creating scenarios and plans for tabletop exercises.
• Facilitation experience for tabletop exercises required.
• Ability to review governance, make recommendations, and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across divisional teams to enhance governance and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Support IT risk management programs, including audits and remediation plans.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises for SaaS and On-Prem products with realistic scenarios.
• Assist integration of new program enhancements while promoting best practices.

Requirements for the IT Governance & Disaster Recovery Analyst:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery or audit role.


• Candidate has a broad understanding of COBIT processes.


• Experience collaborating on creating scenarios and plans for tabletop exercises.


• Facilitation experience around tabletop exercises required.


• Understanding how to conduct a review of governance, collaborate on recommendations, track and keep projects moving.
