Samson Software Solutions, Inc. seeks an IT Governance and Disaster Recovery Analyst to support governance and DR programs across the organization.

You will analyze end-to-end processes, translate audit findings into remediation plans, and coordinate cross-team efforts with product owners, architects, and engineering teams. You will help develop DR tabletop scenarios, facilitate exercises, and ensure stakeholders participate in the program.

Qualifikationen

• Experience analyzing end-to-end processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Experience developing tabletop exercise scenarios and plans and personally facilitating the exercises.
• Ability to review governance practices, make recommendations collaboratively, and coordinate progress.
• Strong communication, requirements gathering, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize competing assignments.

Aufgaben

• Execute IT governance and IT risk management activities and explain their objectives.
• Translate audit findings into actionable remediation plans, coordinate stakeholders, and track issues through closure.
• Coordinate with product teams on disaster recovery plans for SaaS and on-premises products.
• Develop realistic scenarios and facilitate disaster recovery tabletop exercises.
• Review governance practices and identify end-to-end process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recommendations and integrate improvements into ongoing workflows.
• Create and maintain AI-ready documentation and use AI to support self-service knowledge resources.
