Qualifications

• 3+ years in business continuity, disaster recovery, or audit.
• Broad understanding of COBIT processes.
• 80% Governance; 20% Disaster Recovery.
• Experience with tabletop runs.
• Experience creating scenarios and facilitating tabletop exercises.
• Knowledge of reviewing governance and driving recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Experience with Riskonnect (formerly Castellan) preferred.
• Ability to drive projects and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT risk management and governance programs.
• Translate audit findings into actionable plans and track closure.
• Collaborate on DR plans for SaaS and On Prem products.
• Lead tabletop exercises balancing governance with real scenarios.
• Promote AI-ready knowledge across programs.
• Coach stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
