• Experience analyzing end-to-end processes and identifying improvements.
• Experience with tabletop exercises, including scenario and plan development and facilitation.
• Ability to review governance practices, develop recommendations collaboratively, and coordinate progress.
• Strong communication, requirements gathering, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize competing work.

Responsabilidades

• Execute governance and IT risk management activities and explain their intent and objectives.
• Translate assigned audit findings into actionable remediation plans, coordinate accountable stakeholders, and track timely resolution through closure.
• Collaborate with product teams on disaster recovery plans for SaaS and on-premises products.
• Plan scenarios and facilitate tabletop exercises using authentic situations and established processes.
• Review governance practices, collaborate on recommendations, and identify end-to-end process improvements.
• Integrate program enhancements into ongoing team processes.
• Create and maintain AI-ready documentation and use AI to support clear, self-service knowledge.
• Software owners create and maintain their own disaster plans. The analyst helps teams participate in the recovery program and facilitates tabletop exercises.
