NRI North America is seeking an IT Governance and Operations Analyst to join our professional services team for on-site support across Suffolk County school districts. You will develop technical policy, map access ownership, and ensure policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include documenting SOPs, enforcing security controls (AUP, DRP, IRP), and supporting MFA deployments. On-site, five days weekly, with potential site-to-site travel across North America.
NRI North America is looking for a qualified IT Governance and Operations Analyst to join our professional services team that provides onsite support at school districts in Suffolk County. In this role, you will work closely with IT leadership to improve organizational clarity, establish baseline operational standards, and streamline IT governance. The primary focus of this role is technical documentation, process definition, compliance framework alignment, and user access auditing. You will translate complex operational workflows into clear, enforceable policies and support the scoping, coordination, and execution of key IT projects across client environments. This is a full-time opportunity that will be onsite 5 days per week and may require travel between various sites throughout the day.
$35 - $40 an hour
